All products are made with our own PURE CASSAVA. All the PURE CASSAVA we use is sown and harvested following ancient traditions, through strategic alliances and field synergies with the Mexican farmers.
We work following the Earth´s natural cycles. We plant and harvest CASSAVA along with the moon, letting the magical CENOTE water purify and power our crops in Mother Nature`s natural cycles.

We thrive by helping our community. Our workforce is made up of 40% women. We seek to help them become leaders of the household economy and community, something very strange and uncommon in this remote area of the world. We provide them with tools and training to help them achieve this goal.
TECHNICAL EDUCATION
Following our philosophy, we have educational workshops on sustainable production for anyone in the area. We provide all the possible tools and techniques for people to learn about regenerative agriculture and caring for the soil, through crop rotation.
